This website exists, to make public for the first time, THE FACTS of a bizarre prosecution the Vale of Glamorgan Council, (lead by Licensing Officer Amanda Ewington Gape), brought against Ian Crosby, under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, which concluded at his sentence on the 4th August 2009.
